First look: Rathmines bar and restaurant The Dunmore opens today

The former Bowery pub on the Lower Rathmines Road in Dublin 6 has reopened as The Dunmore, a new neighbourhood bar and restaurant specialising in fresh seafood and charcoal-grilled meats.

Behind the venue are brother and sister duo Clifden and Louise Foyle of the family-run Strand Inn in Dunmore East in Co Waterford. The head chef is Josef Cervenka, formerly of Asador in Ballsbridge, while Neil Kenna, formerly of Chapter One, Luna and The Old ...
