Two stars for Dede, one for Terre in new Michelin guide

Ireland has a new two Michelin-starred restaurant, but there is disappointment that the hotly tipped Chapter One in Dublin did not receive the guide’s highest award of three stars.
In the new edition of the Great Britain and Ireland guide, Michelin promoted Dede in Baltimore in west Cork from one star to two stars, and said chef Ahmet Dede’s “sophisticated and modern Turkish dishes dazzled our inspectors”.
