Jordan Bailey and Majken Bech-Bailey, formerly of the two Michelin-starred Aimsir restaurant in Kildare, will host a series of special dinner events taking place at the Morrison Room in Carton House in Maynooth in August.
Tickets for the dinners, which will take place each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from August 2 to September 1, will be €150 per person, with a drinks pairing available for €80. Bookings will go live on July 20.
