Monday night is a curious one when it comes to dining out. Not many places are open, leaving punters to duke it out for a seat in one of the few that are. Often you’ll find yourself surrounded by industry professionals as the staff from other spots enjoy their own weekend (known as Monday and Tuesday to us not working in hospitality).
