The Irish Beef Book – which was produced by one of Ireland’s best known butchers, Pat Whelan of James Whelan Butchers, and journalist Katy McGuinness – is celebrating 10 years since it was originally released with a special limited edition reprint. All proceeds from the reprint will be going to Cork Penny Dinners and the Capuchin Day Centre, both of which help to serve up meals to those in need.
