The Department of Housing recently reaffirmed its commitment to balanced regional development in the building of new homes across Ireland.

Speaking at the Irish House Building Association Summit, officials made reference to targeting a 50:50 spilt between houses built in our five cities - Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford - and regional Ireland.
