Restaurant Review: Ard Bia eatery in Galway a classic with good reason

The produce is handled with care at this city centre spot, resulting in well-curated dishes

“I normally really hate green beans, but these are absolutely incredible,” I note to my lunch companion, as I dig into the mound of delicious veggies accompanying my pan-roasted hake.
