Easy homemade honeycomb

A delicious treat that can be served on its own or sprinkled over desserts

Ingredients, makes10 generous chunks

160g caster sugar

80g butter, softened

80g golden syrup

2 tsp bread soda


1. Oil an 8x8” tin.

2. Add butter, sugar, and syrup to a pot and combine on medium heat until homogenous.

3. Use a wet pastry brush to remove any sugar stuck to the side of the pot.
