Reopened under new ownership last year, the Dún Laoghaire eatery has something for everyone

Dún Laoghaire has changed a lot over the past couple of years. With Conor Spacey’s sustainable INK Café at the state-of-the-art library and Shoe Lane coffee replacing a Starbucks, plus Bodytonic’s The Lighthouse bar, Gourmet Food Parlour, Soup Ramen, and more taking up residence, there’s a lot of new energy and business in this seaside spot, including the Purty Kitchen.
