Fine wines from Burgundy on the menu at Dublin wine dinner
Yvelise Sertelet from Jaffelin in Beaune will present wines including chardonnay, Macon Blanc Villages and Nuits Saint Georges
The Jaffelin winery in Beaune describes itself as “the smallest of the great Burgundy wine houses”, and you can learn more about its rich history next week at a special dinner.
Yvelise Sertelet from Jaffelin will be at Bresson in Monkstown, Co Dublin on May 24 to talk diners through wines that will be paired with six courses devised by Temple Garner, Bresson’s chef/patron. Sertelet is being brought to Dublin by Dalcassian Wines.
