If you’re anything like me, then a Broadway show is probably pretty high on your NYC bucket list but dining around Midtown can be notoriously difficult, especially when you’re trying to pack as much as possible into your stay. Enter Cassellula, a wine and cheese bar that opens late and is only a few blocks away from most theatres. The menu offers a range of snacks, starters and mains, as well as a lengthy cheese list featuring lots of American and local cheese. The wine list is just as good, so I recommend opting for a cheese flight – two should be plenty per person – and a bottle of your server’s favourite wine. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and friendly here, and it was full of locals enjoying a late night bite on our visit, so they won’t steer you wrong. casellula.com
