Celebrity restaurateur’s Irish business partner seeks chefs and says name change is possible for Dundrum outlet following collapse of Jamie’s Italian in Britain

Jamie Oliver’s Irish business partner is seeking staff for a new venture the pair are planning in Dublin city centre. Gerry Fitzpatrick, who runs Jamie’s Italian in Dundrum, said the restaurant would be something “new and exciting” for both of them.

“It won‘t be like anything either of us have done before,” he said. “We want to meet chefs who want to expand their horizons.”
