The Park Café, Dublin

He’s back, baby: Richard Corrigan made a triumphant return to Dublin this year with The Park Café, a restaurant and bar in what used to be Dylan McGrath’s Shelbourne Social. One of the starters – Peter’s omelette with snails and smoked pancetta in a Bordelaise sauce – has already attained legendary status.
