Slow-cooked BBQ pulled pork burgers
The easiest pulled pork recipe you'll ever make. No tricky measurements involved and minimal ingredients combine to make a gluten-free smokey barbecue dish.
Ingredients, serves 4-6
For the BBQ spice
3 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp ground black pepper
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp mustard powder
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp ground cumin
For the pork
1.4 kg boneless pork shoulder, trimmed of fat
125ml tomato ketchup
3 tbsp cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
