My week: Brendan Comerford on seeing Terre win a second Michelin star

I start the day with breakfast at Northcote Manor in the heart of Lancashire in England. I’ve travelled there with Cormac Fadden, our hotel manager, for the annual Obsession event, a platform for Michelin chefs from all over the world to showcase their extraordinary skills.
