Beer-baked beans

Serves 4

My relationship with beans was very love/hate until I nailed down this recipe. I’ve used butter beans here, but any beans or even dried chickpeas would work well. I’ve also used Full Sail beer from Galway Bay Brewery in this dish, and it makes it really delicious.
