White chocolate tahini blondies

These white chocolate and tahini blondies from Claire Thomson's newest cookbook 'New Kitchen Basics' are super tasty and easy to make

Ingredients, makes 16 blondies

250g unsalted butter

250g white chocolate

4 eggs

150g light brown soft sugar

150g tahini paste

120g spelt or plain flour, sifted

1⁄2 tsp sea salt

2 tbsp mixed black and white sesame seeds, plus extra for sprinkling


1. Preheat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/350F/Gas 4. Line a 21 x 21cm (8 1⁄4 x 8 1⁄4in) baking tin with baking paper.
