At this time of year, many of us are looking to put a pause on consumption after the excesses of the festivities, those glorious nights between Christmas and New Year when you hadn’t a breeze what day of the week it was but it didn’t matter.
Personally, I’m a huge fan of the “less but better” mantra, trading up to buy something special and memorable at the weekend, instead of multiple bottles throughout the week.
