Cook up a taco feast this weekend with Donal Skehan’s tasty and speedy recipe

Ready in just 20 minutes, these steak tacos are great for a family dinner

Ingredients, serving 4

2 cloves garlic, grated

2 tbsp olive oil

Juice of a lime

2 tsp ground cumin

Half a tsp hot chilli powder

Large handful fresh coriander

1 red onion, very finely sliced

Drizzle extra virgin olive oil

600g sirloin steak

4 medium vine ripe tomatoes, finely chopped

8 corn tortillas, warmed
