Chef Keith Boyle announced as executive chef at Mountain View Kilkenny
The chef will oversee the entire culinary offering at the venue, including pop-ups, a food truck and more.
Family owned Mountain View, which is set across 120 acres of land in Kilkenny, has announced that award-winning chef Keith Boyle will join the team as executive chef. Known as a boutique wedding venue, Mountain View has significant food offerings on its property, including The Greenhouse restaurant and seasonal markets.
In addition to overseeing weddings and events at Mountain View as the property’s culinary lead, Boyle will play host at a series of upcoming pop-ups, the first of which will take place on May 4 2024 as part of the area’s inaugural Foodie Fest. Dubbed ‘Dinner with the MasterChefs, the event will include a gala dinner cooked by cooked by Nick Rapson, Forest Kwok and Matthew Samuels, the 2023 finalists of the 2023 season of BBC’s MasterChef.
