A plan to create a radler - a German-style beer comprising equal parts lemonade and ale - has led the team at Dead Centre Brewing in Athlone, Co Westmeath to set up a sister soft drinks company. The Irish Craft Soda Co’s first release is a lemonade made from carbonated water, pure lemon juice, sugar and citric acid, with no sulphites, preservatives, flavour or colour enhancers used in its production.
