Michelin-starred Variety Jones takes High Court action against insurance broker Arachas
The proceedings are related to issues concerning a fire at the restaurant’s premises in July
Variety Jones, the Michelin-starred restaurant in Dublin, has launched High Court proceedings against an insurance company over issues connected to a fire at its premises last summer.
In July, a fire damaged a building on Francis Street housing a new premises for Variety Jones. As a result of the fire, the restaurant has since been operating out of its original space, which is nearby on Thomas Street.
