Get grilling: Four recipes to try from chef Nico Reynolds

Ahead of his appearance at this month’s Ballymaloe Festival of Food, chef Nico Reynolds shares four barbecue-focused recipes for you to try. All recipes serve 4-5.

Crushed pork and pineapple burgers with chilli mayo and shredded slaw
