Learn to cook like a Sicilian on the slopes of Mount Etna

A four-day workshop led by London-based chef Ben Tish will offer an immersion into the food and wine of the island

The Palazzo Previtera is a luxury guest house which has just opened after a decade-long refurbishment by descendants of the family that built it in 1649

If you’re on the lookout for a luxury food-themed holiday this year, a four day workshop taking place in Sicily could fit the bill.

Ben Tish, a London-based chef, author and restaurateur, will lead the event, which will include a master class on Etna DOC wines, a hike on the wildest part of Mount Etna with a nature guide, an olive oil tasting, and a granita-making class with an award-winning pastry chef.
