Speculation is rising that Ireland is set to have a very good day when the new Michelin guide is announced - with restaurants in Clare, Tipperary and Dublin tipped to pick up stars
Earlier this week, I wrote about how the new Michelin guide for Ireland and Britain will be announced next Monday, February 5, at a ceremony in Manchester. It’s then that we will find out whether any new Michelin stars have been awarded to Irish restaurants, and whether our current crop of star holders have retained them.
