Having started The Edible Flower in 2016 as a supper club in East London, Erin Bunting and Jo Facer moved to Northern Ireland to be closer to nature. At their farm in Co Down, the couple have grown the project to include a farm-to-fork supper club, an organic small-holding, and a fledgling cooking and growing school, which also includes brewing workshops and a community supported agriculture system.
