Explaining why a flat white is her favourite drink, Kristin says they work for her because the coffee isn’t drowned out by milk.
“I was at an impromptu food festive up in Inishowen in Donegal and it was called Inishfood and they made coffee with raw milk,” she says. “I think it’s the only coffee I’ve ever had to this day with raw milk and it was just out of this world. It was so perfect and I could just drink it all day.”
We used Cloud Picker Coffee’s Henry blend to make Kristin’s flat white - which is named for owner Frank and Peter’s dog - and you can see the delicious blend here.
