I met Anne Maguire at an event when I first moved to Galway. She introduced herself as Mrs Galway Goats Cheese, so I knew straight away this must be some seriously good stuff. A couple of samples later and it's become a firm fixture on our cheese plate in the Owenmore restaurant in Ballynahinch.
