Kennedy Wilson has confirmed it has agreed a deal to sell The Shelbourne hotel for an undisclosed fee.
The company said the sale of the hotel, along with a retail asset in the UK and an office block in the US, will be worth a combined $340 million (€313.8 million). Each asset will be sold "under separate contracts" to different buyers, Kennedy Wilson said.
