Ballymaloe Cookery School serves up €89,000 profit boost

Cork business’ retained earnings stood at €2.9 million at the end of last year

Ballymaloe Cookery School, the Cork-based farm and gardens that teach cooking classes, enjoyed a profit boost of €88,864 last year, according to new accounts.

Its retained profits, built up over decades in business, stood at €2,916,339 at the end of last year, up from €2,827,475 in 2022. Fixed assets, consisting of property and equipment, stood at €4.7 million, up from the €4.1 million the year previous.
