Quick and easy pecan pancakes
Ingredients
250g plain flour
120g finely chopped pecans, toasted
1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch salt
240ml buttermilk
2 tbsp rapeseed or vegetable oil
1 large egg
Maple syrup, for serving
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
240g crème fraîche, for serving
