O’Daly passed away following a short illness
Colin O’Daly, the former chef and co-founder of the well-known Roly’s Bistro in Ballsbridge, has passed away after a short illness at the age of 70.
Originally from Glasnevin in Dublin, more recently O’Daly resided in Bantry, county Cork with his partner Sarah Falla.
O’Daly began his career working as a chef in the Collar of Gold restaurant at Dublin Airport.
