Interest in 260-acre plot at airport takes off as JLL receives ‘several bids’

Real estate company confirms negotiations with interested parties over strategic strip of land valued at €200 million

JLL, the real estate company handling the sale of a 260-acre site adjacent to Dublin Airport, said it has received “several bids” on the land.

Negotiations with those bidders have now commenced and JLL said it will not be commenting further on the process until the middle of September.
