It is often said that business cannot succeed in societies that fail. It is an imperative for any business to understand that future growth and success depend on operating in thriving communities.

Employment is the single most effective way to support inclusion. This becomes more critical if we consider the acute need for business to attract and retain talent, particularly in our knowledge-based and service economy.
