Thomas Street property sold for more than its €2.15m guide price
Three bumper auctions by a number of agents saw 39 properties sold generating more than €13 million last week.
Of these Allsop’s private online auction generated 15 sales amounting to €9,998,000 and some of its higher prices were achieved by three investment lots in Dublin’s Liberties.
