A reckless trading case taken by the liquidator of a collapsed meat processing business in Donegal has been settled over halfway through a six week hearing, the High Court has heard.
John Healy, of Dublin-based Kirby Healy Chartered Accountants, had been seeking to make three men connected to Edenmore Farm Meats personally liable for the debts of the company, which included more than €2.7 million owed to farmers and other suppliers.
