Siún Ní Raghallaigh, the former chair of the RTÉ Board, has said she “cannot remain silent” about her dismissal that “seemed designed to traduce my reputation”.

Last month, Ní Raghallaigh resigned as chair of the national broadcaster following an interview by Catherine Martin, the media minister, on Prime Time, during which she refused to express confidence in the chair.
