Passenger cap could shrink employment at Dublin Airport, DAA chief says

Steps being taken by Dublin Airport to ensure it does not breach its annual cap of 32 million passengers will impact all general flights, business flights, and carriers for big sporting events, the airport operator will tell politicians on Wednesday.

Kenny Jacobs, daa chief executive, will tell a meeting of the joint Oireachtas committee on transport and communications about the actions it is taking to ensure compliance with the cap in 2023 and 2024.
