A spokeswoman for his mobile phone group Digicel told The Sunday Business Post it hoped to work with the Dominican Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit to make Dominica 'the first climate-resilient nation of the climate change era'

Irish entrepreneur Denis O’Brien is investing $1.4 million to tackle the impact of climate change in Dominica in the wake of Hurricane Maria which devastated the 750 square kilometre Caribbean island.
