The co-owner of the 260-acre plot of land between the runways at Dublin Airport has said he expects to sell the site by the end of this year, and that he expects it to be bought by an international investment fund.

Ulick McEvaddy today escalated his criticism of DAA in a long-running saga over a land-bank in north Dublin that some have said could be strategic to the future of Dublin Airport.
