The estate of international serial fraudster Julia Holmes is to be sued by the children of her late partner Thomas Ruttle.

Sons Ian and Kelvin Ruttle are bringing High Court proceedings to secure their interest in the two-storey farmhouse in Co Limerick where the couple were found dead in May 2015.
