Flutter tempted by $3 trillion US index market, but inclusion is not guaranteed

Moving to the US is seen as a no-brainer, but there are risks involved that can expose firms

For big companies the US stock market is often considered the ultimate goal. It offers large, liquid markets where trillions of dollars flow through via index funds.

Next month Flutter’s investors will vote on whether it should become the latest company to move its primary listing to the US.
