Land Development Agency to ‘robustly’ defend planning for more than 850 homes in Dundrum

The Land Development Agency is planning to build 852 homes on the former Central Mental Hospital site in Dundrum in south Dublin

The Land Development Agency (LDA) has said it will continue to fight a legal challenge to planning permission for 852 homes in Dundrum, despite An Bord Pleanála conceding the case.

The agency, which had been progressing plans for the project known as Dundrum Central, said it will “robustly” defend the granted planning permission for development on the site of the former Central Mental Hospital.
