Government departments have been tasked with bolstering efforts to tackle anti-social behaviour in Ireland’s housing estates as the state aims to increase the delivery of social homes across the country.

Darragh O’Brien has called on James Browne, the minister of state at the Department of Justice, to fundamentally reconsider if existing laws and penalties “are doing enough to protect communities”.
