Companies should adopt ‘holistic approach’ to attracting and holding on to employees

Research from WTW shows that over a third of companies are expecting problems with attracting talent next year while over a half have concerns about how they can retain staff in 2023

Firms will continue to struggle to attract talent next year, according to research from WTW, the employee benefits company.

Over one-third (36 per cent) of companies in Ireland are expecting to have problems attracting talent in 2023, according the company’s latest salary budget planning report. The research also found that just over half of companies here are anticipating problems next year when it comes to retaining employees.
