Monday

Monday nights are taken up with our six-week cooking class, which has six to eight students learning a range of different techniques from bread making to cooking beef, fish, lamb and vegetables.

Each night focuses on a different theme. Tonight’s was beef and we cooked beef cheeks, rib-eye steaks, steak and ale pie, and a classic lasagna (among others). I love giving people the confidence to cook a little better at home.
