During the international break, Everton were hit with a 10-point penalty for breaking the English Premier League’s Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations. The football world shook.

It’s the biggest points deduction incurred by a club in the Premier League’s history. (Portsmouth were deducted nine points in 2010 and Middlesbrough three points in 1997, both triggering relegations.)
