A case against Gayle Killilea, the ex-wife of bankrupt developer Sean Dunne, should not be allowed to proceed, the High Court has heard.
The 2014 lawsuit was brought by the official assignee who has dealt with Dunne’s bankruptcy proceedings over an allegedly fraudulent transfer of assets between Killilea and Dunne.
