Strong sales in new homes market welcomed

Strong sales of new apartments and houses in the past week have raised hopes of a recovery in the new homes market.

Last Thursday, 84 apartments worth a total of €34 million were sold at the Greeg Court development on Parnell Street. Prices averaged €325,0000 for one-bedroom apartments, €425,000 for two-bed units and €550,000 for three-beds.
