Spire units go on sale

Units in one of most ambitious projects ever undertaken by an Irish property developer will go on sale in Dublin next week.

The Chicago Spire, which will be the world’s second tallest building, will be built on a 2.2 acre site overlooking Lake Michigan by Shelbourne Developments, which is headed by Garrett Kelleher.
